Director of Professional Development & Programs, Dress for Success OKC Melissa Baez serves as the Director of Professional Development and Programs at Dress for Success Oklahoma City, where she is committed to empowering underserved women as they re-enter the workforce and achieve their own version of success. With a strong background in the nonprofit sector, Melissa excels at building meaningful relationships and harnessing resources to foster positive change and uplift others. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets, as well as discovering ways to bring joy into her life and make a difference in the lives of others.
