A third-generation insurance professional, Sara Bradshaw Ray brings more than 35 years of experience across agency ownership, company commercial underwriting, and cluster development. She is widely respected for her practical insight into agency operations and strategic leadership.

Sara leads BIGiOK Consulting, one of only a few state association–based consulting practices in the country. Her work focuses on executive coaching, strategic planning, operational improvement, and leveraging instinctive strengths as a certified Kolbe™ Consultant—helping agencies unlock performance, lead with purpose, and position for growth.

She is also the founder of MyNetwork, an international learning network for women in insurance leadership, now in its 11th season. MyNetwork provides facilitated mastermind groups designed to equip, empower, and enhance women leaders through virtual programming and peer exchange.

A sought-after speaker and writer, Sara brings insight with authenticity. She lives in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where she enjoys time with her family and her role as “Grammy” to her grandchildren.
