LeAnn Sanderson is the Chief Operating Officer of One General Agency, where she leads with both clarity and compassion—helping people find the courage to grow, contribute, and belong. With a career built on faith, grit, and investing in others, she is passionate about creating spaces where people don’t just work—they rise.

LeAnn serves on multiple industry boards, including IIA OKC, Big I of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma and Texas Surplus Lines Associations. A seasoned Toastmaster and speaker, she’s known for her ability to blend operational excellence with people-first leadership.

But her real passion lies in helping women believe in themselves enough to take that first step—to risk starting over, work hard, and find a place that sees their value. As the proud mother of three daughters and grandmother to four granddaughters, LeAnn is committed to supporting emerging voices and modeling what’s possible when you step out in faith.
