Josh Reasnor is a dynamic leader dedicated to empowering professionals to lead from any role – no title needed. With degrees in business and communication, a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, a Kolbe Consultant certification, and a CISR designation, Josh brings a broad wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. His exemplary leadership in the U.S. Air Force earned him the prestigious John Levitow Leadership Award, and his experience as an instructor in Mayo Clinic’s Leadership and Organizational Development division honed his ability to guide others toward excellence.

At this year’s Young Agent Conference, Josh will share actionable strategies on “Making Boss Moves,” drawing from his experience as COO of BigIOK, his distinguished military leadership, and his work in organizational development at Mayo Clinic, the world’s leading health network.  Josh will spotlight unconventional strategies for leading , even without formal authority, emphasizing often-overlooked skills to drive impact from any role.
